We thought we could discuss hair today. We are going to delve deeply into the world of curly girls today! From watching vlogs, following amazing curly girls on Instagram, and speaking with hairstylists who are trained to treat and cut hair in a way that matches your natural texture. Daily care for curly or frizzy hair is also something we want to learn how to do and the style that goes well with it. We love learning new things about how to make my hair work for me (some days we feel that way, unlike me lol). Therefore, we decided to accompany Yawl on my journey and share some of the most important lessons I'm learning. Letβs move!
- Prevent heat: Hair breaks when it is weak, and heat weakens hair. Use a cotton or microfiber towel to dry your hair; a tissue is better for your hair. To avoid tangles, caking, and frizz, try the braids with damp hair. Letβs face it: straightening or drying your hair doesn't affect it in any way. The damage is caused by overheating regularly. Therefore, avoiding it is a win)
- Guard your hair: When styling your hair with heat or in extremely dry conditions, oil is your friend! It helps coat the hair, which makes it stronger. Using a silk pillowcase or hair scarf while you sleep can help prevent hair from snagging because silk has a very smooth and tight weave.
- Avoid chemicals and use mild soap: Your hair must be clean. Keep in mind that happy hair is built on a healthy scalp. Keep in mind that many shampoos contain harsh chemical preservatives to prevent spoilage. A soap that gets rid of dirt and excess sebum from your hair is what you want. Soaps made of coconut oil and salt lather and assist in the removal of dirt, resulting in a foamy wash. This blog post has more information on blowing agents. Also, look for a nourishing shampoo that will help restore your hair's health and repair damage to the scalp and hair follicles. During it all, our shampoo bar stands out. Check out this blog post for more details and frequently asked questions about shampoo bars.
- Limit how much you wash: A hair routine is essential, but you shouldn't wash it every day. By allowing your scalp to produce oil, you want to control your hair protection. The oils that protect your hair and scalp are removed when you wash your hair too much.
